In the very front line of the Cap Nérée residence, you will be spectators of the sunrises with the bay of Cannes in the distance. The choice between swimming in the crystal clear waters and the heated half-moon swimming pool will be difficult!
This renovated 50m2 apartment offers you a spacious living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.
A closed car park specific to the residence is located 100m away, as well as the tennis court with a view of the sea!
The Tayas train station is a 15-minute walk away, you can reach Agay and St Raphaël on one side as well as Theoule and Cannes on the other. The stop for buses N° 8 and 21 to St Raphaël is 50m away.
The Résidence du Cap Nérée has some defects on the facade which are however only visual and not structural, the whole will be refracted winter 2023/24
that won't stop you from spending a wonderful stay :)
